Free site check · no commitment

Your Facebook ads might be running completely blind.

I find where your website has stopped telling Facebook and Google who becomes a real customer — and rebuild the systems underneath so every lead and every dollar is accounted for.

Free before you pay — I show you exactly what’s broken first.
Fixed price, not hourly — you know the cost before I start.
Open-source proof — my test logs are public, not just claims.

Every audit is a real check of your live site. This is an example of the report you get back.

Why this matters

Most tracking problems are invisible — and expensive.

Your ads are running. Your website looks fine. Your CRM might even be collecting leads. But underneath, a huge number of small businesses are missing one specific thing: a working signal back to Facebook or Google telling them who actually became a customer.

Without that signal, the ad platform is optimising blind — it can’t tell a booked customer from a bounce, so it keeps spending your budget the same way whether it’s finding real customers or not. The bill doesn’t change. The results quietly do.

I’ve found this exact gap on real, currently-running ads: one business had been advertising for over 5 years with zero tracking installed the entire time. Another had a form that worked perfectly, but never told Facebook a single lead had come in.

This isn’t rare. It’s just invisible — until someone checks.

Ad Tracking & Pixel Audit

For: any business advertising on Facebook / Meta that isn’t certain the tracking actually works.

I check your website’s live network activity for a working Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics, and whether your CRM is actually receiving the leads. You get a plain-English report with a screen recording — what’s broken, what it’s costing you, and the fix.

The cost of leaving it: every dollar Facebook spends is spent half-blind. It keeps showing your ad to the wrong people because it never learns which clicks became patients — and you pay full price for that guesswork, month after month.

Facebook Lead Ads → CRM Connection

For: businesses running Facebook Lead Ads (instant forms) who copy those leads into their CRM by hand.

I connect your Facebook lead forms directly to your CRM, with an automatic text or email reply the moment a lead comes in — so nobody waits on a callback that’s stuck in someone’s to-do list.

The cost of leaving it: a lead that waits an hour for a first reply has usually already booked with whoever answered first. Every manual copy-paste is a delay, and in a fast market the delay is the whole game.

Lead & CRM Automation Setup

For: businesses with no CRM or website form — or one that isn’t syncing anywhere.

If you’re capturing leads on paper, in an inbox, or not at all, I build the whole system: a form or text comes in, gets confirmed automatically, lands in one place you check, and alerts your phone if it’s urgent.

The cost of leaving it: leads scattered across an inbox, a notepad and three staff members means some are never followed up — and you can’t even tell how many, because there was never a record that they came in.

CRM Adapter

For: businesses with several tools (Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, HubSpot…) that don’t talk to each other.

Whatever CRM you already use, I wire your ad platforms and forms straight into it — so the same record never has to be typed twice and nothing depends on someone remembering to copy it over.

The cost of leaving it: every hand-copy between tools is a chance for a lead to land in one system and vanish from the next — and those cracks are exactly where the deals you never hear about fall through.

Premium · custom engineering

When a silent mistake is expensive, the build has to prove itself.

Custom projects, scoped to your systems and delivered in fixed milestones — not off-the-shelf packages. This is where the reliability work goes deep: audit trails, confidence checks, and written proof that the system does what it claims.

Custom build

Regulated-industry review automation

For: dental & medical practices reviewing call transcripts, records or documents by hand — where a wrong entry is a compliance problem, not just a typo.

A system that reads each transcript or document, scores it, flags anything it isn’t confident about for a person to check, and keeps a full record of what the machine said versus what a human corrected. Nothing uncertain is ever accepted silently.

The cost of the manual version: a staff member reading every call or file is slow, expensive, and inconsistent by the afternoon — and the one mistake that slips through is the one that matters.

Custom build

Migration with parity proof

For: businesses on Zapier or Make whose bill grows every month, who need to move without breaking anything.

I rebuild your automations on self-hosted infrastructure and hand you a written parity report — the same inputs run through the old system and the new one, with every difference listed — before you switch over. You cut across on evidence, not hope.

The cost of the manual version: most migrations are “rebuild it and hope”. The subtle thing that broke — a date format, a rounding rule — surfaces three weeks later, usually as an angry customer.

Custom build

Crash-safe bulk processing

For: anyone reprocessing thousands of records — invoices, contacts, orders — where a mid-run failure can’t be allowed to double-charge or double-send.

A pipeline that tracks every item’s state. If it fails at record 4,000 it resumes at 4,001 — the first 3,999 are never touched again. No duplicate invoices, no duplicate emails, no “start over from the top”.

The cost of the manual version: a naive bulk job that fails halfway either stops dead or re-runs from the start — and re-running means every customer who was already processed gets charged or emailed twice.

Custom build

AI workflow with a confidence gate

For: businesses that want AI in the loop — classifying, drafting, routing — without it guessing confidently and being wrong.

Automation where the AI step flags its own uncertain decisions for a human instead of acting on them, holds to a strict output format, and stops with an alert if a run would exceed a cost you set. AI as infrastructure, not a gamble.

The cost of the manual version: most AI demos have no answer to “what happens when it’s wrong?” or “what’s my bill?” — so a bad decision or a runaway cost lands with no warning and no trail.

For agencies & dev shops

White-label delivery

For: agencies and studios that need automation and reliability work delivered under their own brand.

I take a scoped client build from brief to handover as a subcontractor — written acceptance tests, milestone billing, and the same guarantee I give my own clients. Your client only ever sees your name.

The cost of the alternative: turning down reliability-heavy work you can’t staff, or shipping it under-tested and carrying the support burden when it breaks.

Some of this I’ve already built and measured on real data — see the Proof section below. The rest I scope and build fresh for your systems. On the call I’ll tell you exactly which is which.

How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

1

Free check, no commitment

I audit your site’s tracking myself and send you exactly what I found — screen recording included. If everything’s fine, I’ll tell you that too.

2

Fixed price, agreed upfront

You know the full cost before I touch anything. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Larger projects run in milestones you approve one at a time.

3

I work in your accounts, not mine

Everything I build lives in your CRM, your ad accounts, your automation tools — you own it. I never hold your data hostage in a dashboard of mine.

4

If it doesn’t work, I fix it

Every build comes with a plain guarantee: if it isn’t doing what we agreed after I install it, I keep working on it until it does, at no extra cost.

The guarantee, in one line: if it isn’t working after I’m done, I keep going until it is — no extra charge.

Measured, not claimed

I don’t have a long client list yet. Here’s what I have instead.

Everything below is work I built and tested myself, on real data, the way I’d want it tested if it were my own money — and published even where the results weren’t perfect.

Lab project

Silent Failure Detector

The problem: monitoring tools catch runs that fail. Almost none catch the run that never happened at all — a schedule quietly turned off, a crashed worker, nothing showing as an error anywhere.

What I built: a heartbeat and absence-detection system with an independent watchdog running outside the main system, so the monitor itself can’t die silently with what it’s watching.

Result: tested against 9 live failure scenarios, none skipped. Found and fixed 3 real bugs in my own build — documented, not hidden.

Self-built lab project, not a paid client delivery — full source, schema and raw test logs are public on GitHub.

Lab project

Zero Silent Errors — document processing

The problem: a data-extraction pipeline that’s 95% accurate and silent about the other 5% is dangerous when money is involved — you can’t tell which 5% is wrong.

What I built: a document-extraction system where every value carries its own confidence score, and anything uncertain is flagged for human review instead of silently accepted.

Result: tested on 100 real documents across 2 independent sets, 13 measured runs. 88.5% field accuracy — and zero wrong values silently accepted.

Honest limit: 100% still goes to human review; the “auto-approve the confident 90%” stage isn’t built yet.

Self-built lab project on real datasets, not a paid client delivery.

Infrastructure test

Backup → Destroy → Restore

“We have backups” and “we’ve tested our backups” are different claims. I ran the full cycle 3 times on a self-hosted automation server: back up, completely destroy the server, restore from scratch — including the encrypted credentials surviving the teardown.

Verified 3/3, self-built infrastructure test.

About

I’m Rashadul Hassan (Tuhin), the automation reliability engineer behind AutomateIQ — a one-person studio based in Dhaka, working remotely with small businesses in the US, Canada and UK.

I got into this work noticing the same pattern over and over: businesses spending real money on ads while their own tracking quietly stopped working — sometimes for years — with nothing on any dashboard to show it.

I don’t have a long client list yet. What I have instead: everything I build, I test the way I’d want it tested if it were my own money — live, measured, and published even when the results weren’t perfect. My GitHub has the raw test logs, including the bugs I found in my own work.

If you want someone who tells you what’s actually broken instead of what sounds impressive, that’s what I do.

Common questions

The things people actually ask.

I’ve never heard of you — why should I trust this?
Fair question. I don’t ask you to trust a claim — I show you the problem on your own site first, free, before you pay anything. And my past work is public: source code and test logs, not just a resume.
Why does everything start at $500?
Because a proper job is worth doing properly. Even the audit means checking your live site end to end, recording the evidence, and writing a fix plan you could hand to anyone. I’d rather do fewer engagements well than a stream of $50 patches — and the guarantee only makes sense when the work is scoped seriously.
Do you need access to my Facebook / Google / CRM accounts?
Only the minimum needed for the specific fix, and only in your own accounts — I never build inside a dashboard of mine that you’d have to keep paying to access.
What if the fix doesn’t work?
I keep working on it until it does, at no extra charge. That’s the guarantee.
How fast is this?
Most tracking fixes take under a day once I have access. CRM, automation and premium builds vary by scope — you’ll get a timeline and a milestone plan before you commit.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Everything lives in your own accounts and platforms. Nothing is locked behind a subscription to me.
